قراءة نسقية للمرونة الأسرية لدى أسرة الأم الأرملة دراسة عياديةوفق التناول النسقي لأسرة بمدينة الوادي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى قراءة نسقية للمرونة الأسرية لدى أسرة الأم الأرملة، حيث اتبعت الدراسة المنهج العيادي وفق التناول النسقي وبالإعتماد على المقابلة النسقية العائلية التي أجريت على أسرة لإمرأة فقدت زوجها منذ مدة لا تقل عن سنة، تم اختيارها بطريقة قصدية ، انطلاقا من الفرضيات التالية : 1- تتميز أسرة الأم الأرملة بمرونة أسرية منخفضة. 2- من خصائص المرونة الأسرية لدى أسرة الأم الأرملة انعدام الرؤية الإيجابية،عدم وجود الصلابة و عدم القدرة على التعبير العاطفي . 3- يتصف الأداء الوظيفي الأسري لأسرة الأم الأرملة بأداء وظيفي مختل. 4- تتمتع أسرة الأم الأرملة ذات المرونة الأسرية المنخفضة بخاصية التعديل الذاتي ذو التغذية الراجعة الإيجابية. اعتمدت الدراسة على مجموعة من الأدوات المتمثلة في مقياس المرونة الأسرية من إعداد ووالش (2003) وترجمة عايش صباح (2020)، المقابلة النسقية العائلية، المخطط الجيلي العائلي ( الجينوغرام) والبطاقة العائلية ، وأسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية : 1- تتميز أسرة الأم الأرملة بمرونة أسرية مرتفعة. 2- من خصائص المرونة الأسرية لدى أسرة الأم الأرملة الرؤية الإيجابية، الصلابة و الترابط ، الوضوح في التواصل ، التسامي والروحانيات. 3- يتصف الأداء الوظيفي الأسري لأسرة الأم الأرملة بأداء وظيفي مختل. 4- تتمتع أسرة الأم الأرملة ذات المرونة الأسرية المرتفعة بخاصية التعديل الذاتي ذو التغذية الراجعة السلبية.

The present study aimed to conduct a systemic analysis of family resilience in widow-headed families. The study followed a clinical approach with a systemic perspective and relied on a systemic family interview conducted with a family of a woman who lost her husband at least a year ago, selected intentionally based on the following hypotheses : 1. The family of the widowed mother is characterized by low family resilience. 2. Characteristics of family resilience in the family of the widowed mother include a lack of positive vision, absence of robustness, and inability for emotional expression. 3. The functional family performance of the widowed mother’s family is characterized by dysfunctional performance. 4. Families of the widowed mother with low family resilience possess the characteristic of self-adjustment with positive feedback. The study utilized several tools, including the Family Resilience Scale developed by Walsh (2003) and translated by Aish Sabah (2020), the systemic family interview, the family genogram, and the family card. The study yielded the following results : 1.Widow-headed families exhibit high family resilience. 2.Characteristics of family resilience in widow-headed families include a positive outlook, resilience and cohesion, clarity in communication, transcendence, and spirituality. 3. The functional performance of widow-headed families is characterized by dysfunctional performance. 4. Widow-headed families with high family resilience possess the feature of self-regulation with negative feedback.
