يتناول هذا البحث الذي بعنوان "إشكالية ترجمة الخطاب الديني: كتاب فتاوى النساء نموذجا" تحليل التحديات التي يواجهها المترجمون في ترجمة الفتاوى الإسلامية المتعلقة بالمرأة من اللغة العربية إلى الإنجليزية. يهدف البحث إلى فهم تأثير هذه الترجمات على فهم الخطاب الديني في اللغة الهدف، من خلال دراسة الكتاب المذكور كنموذج تحليلي. تتناول المذكرة التحديات اللغوية والثقافية التي قد تؤثر على دقة الترجمة وفهم المفاهيم الدينية الأصلية، وتعتمد على منهج نوعي يشمل دراسة النصوص وتحليل الاختلافات بين النصوص الأصلية والمترجمة. يهدف البحث أيضًا إلى تقديم توصيات لتحسين جودة الترجمة في هذا السياق، وذلك بهدف تعزيز فهم الخطاب الديني وتواصله بين الثقافات المختلفة. كما تسلط المذكرة الضوء على أهمية فهم عميق للتحديات التي تواجه عملية ترجمة الخطاب الديني، وتقديم نظرة معمّقة إلى سبل تحسين جودة الترجمة في هذا السياق المعقد.

Cette thèse de fin d'études porte sur le thème « Le problème de la traduction du discours religieux », en se concentrant sur le livre « Fatwas pour les femmes » comme modèle d'étude. La recherche aborde les défis et les difficultés auxquels sont confrontés les traducteurs lors du transfert de textes religieux d'une langue à une autre, avec un accent particulier sur les fatwas adressées aux femmes. La traduction du discours religieux est considérée comme l'un des types de traduction les plus complexes en raison de la spécificité culturelle et religieuse des textes, qui nécessite une précision dans la transmission des significations et des concepts sans les perturber. Cette recherche prend comme exemple le livre « Fatwas pour les femmes » pour étudier ces problèmes, où les textes traduits sont analysés et comparés aux textes originaux pour déterminer les différences et leurs raisons.
