اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو سياسة حظر المحتوى المتعاطف مع فلسطين على المنصات الاجتماعية في ظل معركة طوفان الأقصى. ـــ دراسة ميدانية على عينةمن طلبة جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعين نحو سياسة حظر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي للمحتوى المتعاطف مع فلسطين في ظل الحرب الإسرائيلية على قطاع غزة، فيما يعرف فلسطينيا و عربيا بمعركة طوفان الأقصى. كما نهدف إلى معرفة أسباب و دوافع سياسة حظر المحتوى المتعاطف مع فلسطين والتركيزعلىأساليب السياسات و الإجراءات المتخذة من قبل إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي الفلسطينية في ظل الانتشار الواسع لما يدعى بالإعلام الجديد. تندرج الدراسة ضمن البحوث الوصفية ولقد استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال استطلاع آراء العينة بالاعتماد على استمارة الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية وزعت على 84 طالبا منمختلف التخصصات المتاحة في الحرمالجامعي بقاصدي مرباح ورقلة،وكان الاستطلاع لمفردات الدراسة عن بطريقة قصدية وقد أجرينا هذه الدراسة خلال الفترة الزمنية الممتدة من جانفي إلى ماي 2024م. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: _التعرف على عادات وأنماط استخدام الطلبة لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وهذا من خلال متابعة آخر المستجدات المتعلقة باحداث معركة طوفان الاقصى. _أن لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي أسباب تدفعها لحظر المحتوى المتعاطف مع فلسطين خاصة في ظل معركة طوفان الأقصى من وجهة نظر الطلبة وهذا راجع للضغوط الإسرائيلية المستمرة على إدارة منصات التواصل الاجتماعي. _أن السياسات والإجراءات المتخذة من طرف منصات التواصل الاجتماعي تكمن في حظر المحتوى المتعاطف لفلسطين من خلال قمعها للحقوق الرقمية الفلسطينية لكل ما يتعلق بالقضيةلمنع انتشارها. _أنردود الفعل الدوليةوالعربية في إيقاف السياسات المتخذة من قبل منصات إذا تحققت مجموعة الإجراءات مثل التحايل على الخوارزميات وهذا بتكاثف الجهود على ذلك من أجل التأثيرعلى الرأي العام.

This study aimed to identify the attitudes of university of students towards the policy of banning social media platforms for content sympathetic to Palestine in light of the Palestinian –Israeli war in the Gaza Strip. In what is known as the battle of Al-Aqsa Flood.we aim to focus the policies and procedures taken by the management of social media platforms to ban various Palestinian content in light of the widespread of what is called with new media. Our study falls within descriptive research and we used the descriptive analytical method through a survey to different students….sample opinions based on the descriptive analytical method through a survey specialization available at the Kasdi Merbah Ouargla campus, and the survey was the study vocabulary about intentionally. we conducted this study during the time period extending from February to May 2024 AD.

The study concluded the following:

 Identify habits and patterns of students' use of social media platforms, tracking the latest developments related to the events of the Al-Aqsa flood battle.

 Social media platforms have reason to ban pro-Palestinian content, especially in light of the Al-Aqsa flood battle, from the students' perspective, and this is due to continued Israeli pressure on managing social media platforms.  The policies and procedures adopted by social media platforms include banning content favorable to Palestine by removing Palestinian digital rights for anything related to the issue in order to prevent its spread.  The International and Arab reactions to stop the policies taken by platforms if a set of measures such as circumvention of algorithms are achieved, and this by intensifying efforts in this direction in order to influence public opinion.
