Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن بعض المشكلات السلوك لدى اطفال الامهات العاملات في مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة ببعض رياض الاطفال بولايتي ورقلة وتقرت. اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفيوقد بلغ افراد العينة) 103(أما عاملة في مجالات مختلفة منها (القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص) تمثلة أدوات البحث في: مقياس كونرز لتقدير سلوك الطفل (لعبد الرقيب أحمد البحيري اخدت النسخة من حقيبة المقاييس النفسية لطالبات التدريب الميداني من اعداد ماجدة الشهير سنة 2019) كما تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية spss وأساليبه لتحليل وعرض ومناقشة البيانات، أهم نتائج الدراسة تمثلت في: - المشكلات السلوكيةالأكثر انتشار لدى أطفال الأمهات العاملات تمثلة في مشكلة النشاط الزائد، بالإضافة الى الانتشار الملحوظ لاضطرابات المسلك، والاندفاعية، كما أظهرت الدراسة انه، - لا توجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائية في المشكلات السلوكية بين الجنسين (الذكور والإناث). - توجد فروق ذات دالة إحصائية بين الفئات العمرية. - ولقد تم تفسير نتائج فرضيات الدراسة على ضوء الإطار النظري ومجموعة من الدراسات السابقة والواقع المعاش.

The current study aimed to identify some behavioral problems among children of working mothers in early childhood at some kindergartens in the states of Ouargla and Touggourt. The study adopted a descriptive approach, with a sample consisting of 103 working mothers in various fields (public and private sectors). The research tools included the Conners' Rating Scales for assessing children's behavior by Abdel Raqib Ahmed Al-Bahiri, sourced from the Psychological Scales Toolkit for Field Training Students, prepared by Magda Al-Shehir in 2019. The study also used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) for data analysis, presentation, and discussion.
