dc.description.abstractThis study Sought to assess the proficiency of time management within the context of the cement company." in Algerian ", and to know if there are differences between them according to gender, educational qualification and administrative experience. The study sample consisted of (44) frameworks; a questionnaire consisted of (28) items was distributed to them. The researcher depended on the descriptive approach; the metrics were processed in statistical methods by using SPSS22 program, and the results concluded that the total degree for time management in the framework of " cement company in Algerian " was of an intermediate degree, in addition to presence of statistically significant differences between the frameworks of "El-Asema cement foundation" in the effectiveness of time management according to difference in gender, educational qualification and administrative experience.en_US
