dc.description.abstract | The study aimed to predict the dimensions of psychological empowerment through some demographic variables. Descriptive method was used for a sample of 351 male and female employees, and Spritzer's psychological empowerment scale was used. The results indicate a high level of psychological empowerment. The results presence of statistically significant differences in the dimensions of psychological empowerment (meaning, competence, and self-determination) depending on the variable of age and the presence of differences in competence, self-determination, impact a favor of the private sector.
