Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة دور حاضنات الأعمال الجامعية في تعزيز روح المقاولاتية لدى الطلبة حاملي المشاريع ضمن القرار الوزاري 1275 و ذلك من خلال القيام بدراسة ميدانية على مستوى الحاضنة الجامعية لجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، و اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي بالاضافة لأداة الاستبيان حيث تم توزيع 100 استبانة و استرجاع 83 منها صالحة للتحليل الاحصائي وذلك بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزم الاحصائية v25 spss ،وتوصلت الدراسة الى جملة من النتائج اهمها : - حاضنة الاعمال هي مؤسسة قائمة بذاتها تعمل على تقديم المشورة و الخدمات و المساعدات للمستثمرين الذين يبادرون في اقامة مؤسساتهم الصغيرة . - الخدمات التي تقدمها الحاضنة للطلبة حاملي المشاريع هي توفير برامج تكوينية و دورات تدريبية . - يعمل القرار 1275 على تشجيع العمل المقاولاتي وتشجيع الفكر الريادي لدى الطلبة الجامعيين .

This study aimed to know the role of university business incubators in enhancing the entrepreneurial spirit among students carrying projects within the framework of Ministerial Resolution 1275, by conducting a field study at the level of the university incubator at the University of Kasdi-Merbah Ouargla. The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach in addition to the questionnaire tool, where it was distributed 100 questionnaires were retrieved and 83 of them were suitable for statistical analysis using the statistical packages program v25 spss. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: - A business incubator is an independent institution that works to provide advice, services and assistance to investors who take the initiative to establish their small enterprises. - The services provided by the incubator to students with projects include providing training programs and training courses. - Resolution 1275 works to encourage entrepreneurial work and encourage entrepreneurial thinking among university students.
