إستراتيجيات التغطية الإعلامية أثناء الأزمات دراسة تحليلية لعينة من مقاطع الفيديو على موقع قناة الجزيرة على youtube

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة الإستراتجية المعتمدة أثناء التغطية الإعلامية للأزمات من طرف قناة الجزيرة وهذا من خلال تغطية الازمات لعام 2023 ، حيث انطلقت من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي : ماهي الإستراتجيات التي اعتمدتها قناة الجزيرة إثناء تغطيتها للأزمات ؟ الدراسة التي بين أيدينا هي دراسة وصفية تحليلية تعتمد على منهج تحليل المضمون وأداة استمارة تحليل المضمون والتي تم بناؤها وتطويرها لتشمل 07 فئات للمضمون (الموضوع،الاتجاه، القيم، المصادر، الأهداف، الجمهور المستهدف، الفاعلون .) و04 فئات للشكل (اللغة المستخدمة، الأساليب الإقناعية، القوالب الفنية، أسلوب التقديم) وقد تم تطبيقها على عينة من فيديوهات لمجموعة من الأحداث التي تم وصفها بالأزمة اجرائيا على قناة الجزيرة ، حيث تم اختيار حجم 12 مفردة كعينة بأسلوب عشوائي منتظم وذلك حسب أجندة سنة 2023. وخلصت أهم نتائج الدراسة إلى ما يلي: بخصوص فئات المضمون، ركزت قناة الجزيرة في معالجتها للأزمات على التداعيات والنتائج في فئة المواضيع كما توصلت إلى أن الاتجاه المعتمد هو الاتجاه المحايد لأنها ركزت على نقل كل المستجدات حيال الأزمات وتوصلت الدراسة أيضا إلى أن القيم الموجودة في هذه الأزمات هي القيم الإجتماعية والإخبارية ، أما بالنسبة للمصادر التي اعتمدت عليها في نقل الأحداث هي المصادر الرسمية ومن أهم الأهداف التي تسعى إليها القناة هي تنوير الرأي العام بالمستجدات والتطورات الحاصلة، كما تسعى لاستقطاب الجمهور في ظل المنافسة الإعلامية ،وكان الجمهور المستهدف هو الجمهور العام وأن الأسلاك والسلطات المحلية هي أبرز شخصيات الفاعلة.أما النتائج الخاصة بالشكل فقد توصلت الدراسة إلى إن الأساليب الإقناعية المعتمدة في تغطية الأزمات لعام 2023 هي أساليب عقلية وأن اللغة العربية الفصحى هي اللغة المعتمدة في قناة الجزيرة كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أسلوب التقديم طغت عليه الصورة الثابتة والمتحركة وأكثر القوالب استعمالا هو القالب التقريري الإخباري.

This study aims to know the strategy adopted in the new treating of crises by Aljazeera ,through coverage of crises for the year 2023 It started from the following main question : What is the strategy followed by Aljazeera in its coverage of crises ? The study at hand is a descriptive analytical study based on a content analysis approach a content analysis study based on a content analysis approach and a content analysis form tool , which was built and developed to include7 categories of content ( topic, direction, theme, sources, goals, target audience, actors ) and 4categories of form (language, persuasive methods, artistic templates, and presentation style) were applied to a sample of crisis videos on Aljazeera channel where a size of 12 items was chosen as a sample in a systematic random manner, according to the 2023 agenda . The most important results of the study concluded with the following : that Aljazeera , in its treatment of crisis , focused on the repercussions and results in the category of topic . It also concluded that the direction adopted is the neutral direction because it focused on conveying all developments regarding the crises .The study also concluded that the values present in these crises these are social and news values , and the sources relied upon in conveying events are official sources . One of the most important goals that the channel seeks to attract the public in light of media competition, and the target audience is the general public. Local authorities are the most prominent actors. As for the results related to the form , the study concluded that the persuasive methods adopted in covering crises for the year 2023are rational methods, and that classical Arabic is the language adopted on Aljazeera. The study also found that the presentation method was dominated by still and moving images, and the most frequently used template is News report template.
