دور المرأة في دعم الاتصال المؤسساتي داخل المنظمات -دراسة ميدانية مديرية توزيع الكهرباء والغاز بورقلة-

Abstract

تناولت الدراسة دور المرأة في دعم الاتصال المؤسساتي داخل المنظمات بمديرية توزيع الكهرباء و الغاز ورقلة حيث تكتسي الدراسة أهمية بالغة من خلال الآتي: الاهتمام المتزايد ﺑﺎلاتصال اﻟﻣؤﺳﺳﺎﺗﻲﻋﻠﻰاﻟﻣﺳﺗوى اﻟداﺧﻠﻲ واﻟﺧﺎرﺟﻲ من مختلف شرائح المجتمع خاصة المرأة إضافة إلى سعي مختلف المنظمات و المؤسسات خاصة الجزائرية بتحسين مردوديتها بصفة عامة و الخدمة العمومية بصفة عامة ، كما نهدف من هذه الدراسة إلىالتعريف بالاتصال المؤسساتي و معرفة دور المرأة في تدعيمه داخل المنظمات و التعريف ﺑالمنظمات خاصة اﻟﻌﻣوﻣﯾﺔ وذات اﻟطﺎﺑﻊ اﻟﺧدﻣﺎﺗﻲ، بالإضافة إلى ﺗﺳﻠﯾط اﻟﺿوءﻋﻠﻰاستخدام المرأة لوسائل الاتصال المؤسساتي ﻟﺗﺣﺳﯾن اﻟﺧدﻣﺔ اﻟﻌﻣوﻣﯾﺔ، وتوصلنا في آخر هذه الدراسة إلى: - أن تقوم المؤسسة بتعزيز و تحفيز دور المرأة في دعم الاتصال المؤسساتي نظرا لمساهمتها الجيدة و دورها الفعال في استخدام مختلف الوسائل الاتصالية لكسب رضا و ثقة العمال و الجمهور. - الاهتمام بالاتصال المؤسساتي و إعطائه أهمية أكبرو دعم الوسائل الاتصالية بوسائل حديثة كاللوحات الالكترونية و غيرها . - ضرورة تطوير و تعميم التكنولوجيات الحديثة على مستوى المديرية لتسهيل عملية الاتصال بالجمهور الداخلي و الخارجي . - ضرورة تكوين العاملين و خاصة المرأة و الاستفادة من دورات في مجال التقنيات و الاستراتيجيات الرقمية الحديثة في مجال الاتصال الرقمي أي في مجال البيئة الرقمية.
