اليقظة العقلية وعلاقتها بسلوك المخاطرة لدى عمال توزيع الغاز عمال نفطال توقرت

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية وسلوك المخاطرة لدى عمال مؤسسة توزيع الغاز نفطال توقرت. حيث استخدمنا في هذه الدراسة مقياسي اليقظة العقلية وسلوك المخاطرة وطبق على عينة الدراسة من 100 عامل بنفس المؤسسة، واستخدمنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي نظرا لملائمتة طبيعة هذه الدراسة وأهدافها. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة ما يلي: - مستوى اليقظة العقلية لدى أفراد العينة مرتفع. - مستوى سلوك المخاطرة لدى أفراد العينة مرتفع. - توجد علاقة إرتباطية عكسية بين اليقظة العقلية وسلوك المخاطرة لدى عمال نفطال. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة في اليقظة العقلية لدى العمال تعزى لمتغير السن. - لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة في سلوك المخاطرة لدى العمال تعزى لمتغير سنوات الأقدمية.

The objective of this study was to investigate the relationship between mindfulness and risk-taking behavior among gas distribution workers at Naftal Touggourt. Two questionnaires measuring mindfulness and risk-taking behavior were administered to a sample of 100 workers from the same institution. A descriptive correlational approach was employed due to its suitability to the nature and objectives of this study. The results of the study showed the following:  The level of mindfulness among the sample was high.  The level of risk-taking behavior among the sample was high.  There is an inverse correlation between mindfulness and risk-taking behavior among Naftal workers.  There are no significant differences in mindfulness among workers attributable to the variable of age.  There are no significant differences in risk-taking behavior among workers attributable to the variable of years of experience
