أثر نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية على حوادث العمل دراسة ميدانية (بالمؤسسةالوطنية لخدمات الآبار ENSP)

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للاكتشاف دور نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية في تحسين حوادث العمل بمؤسسة خدمات الآبار (ENSP) ، وللإجابة عن الأسئلة المطروحة، ونظرا لأهمية الدراسة وطبيعة الموضوع وللإلمام بأهم جوانبه، استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في الاستبانة التي وزعت على 44 فردا العاملين بمؤسسة خدمات الآبار (ENSP) ولتحليل البيانات المتحصل عليها استعين ببرنامج الحزم الإحصائية (SPSS V26) اصدار (26) وخلصت نتائج الدراسة على وجود ارتباط طردية موجب بين كل أبعاد نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية وحوادث العمل ا، كذلك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في حوادث العمل لدى المؤسسة الوطنية للخدمات الآبار (ENSP) تعزى لمتغير الجنس، بالإضافة إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية فيما يخص نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية وحوادث العمل تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، والمستوى التعليمي، والوظيفة، و(%43) من التغيرات الحاصلة على مستوى حوادث العمل سببها تغيرات على مستوى نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية بالمؤسسة.

The study aimed to investigate the role of the occupational health and safety system in improving workplace accidents at the Well Services Company (ENSP). To answer the research questions and considering the importance of the study and the nature of the topic, we used the descriptive method. The study tools included a questionnaire distributed to 44 employees of the Well Services Company (ENSP). To analyze the collected data, the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS V26) was utilized. The study results indicated a positive correlation between all dimensions of the occupational health and safety system and workplace accidents. Additionally, there were statistically significant differences in workplace accidents at the National Well Services Company (ENSP) attributed to gender. However, there were no statistically significant differences regarding the occupational health and safety system and workplace accidents attributed to variables of experience, educational level, and job position. Furthermore, 43% of the changes in workplace accidents were attributed to changes in the level of the occupational health and safety system in the company.
