Langues d’Enseignement à l’Université Algérienne

Abstract

This study aims to explore the reality of teaching English in higher education for technical science disciplines at the level of the first year of the bachelor's degree in Algeria, with a focus on KasdiMerbahOuargla University. The method adopted for this research is descriptive and statistical analysis, allowing for a rigorous analysis of the current situation. The specific objectives of this ambitious research are multiple: to study the effectiveness of teaching English at the university and to identify the obstacles and challenges faced by students and teachers in this linguistic teaching context. Educational policies require revision to better support the teaching of English and improve its implementation at the university level in Algeria. It is important to develop appropriate strategies to accompany this transition, including offering training courses to overcome language difficulties

Cette étude vise à explorer la réalité de l'enseignement supérieur en anglais pour les filières sciences techniques au niveau de la première année de licence en Algérie, en se concentrant sur l'université KasdiMerbah Ouargla. La méthode adoptée pour cette recherche est celle de l'analyse descriptive et statistique, permettant une analyse rigoureuse de la situation actuelle. Les objectifs spécifiques de cette recherche ambitieuse sont multiples : étudier l'efficacité de l'enseignement de l'anglais à l'université et identifier les obstacles et les défis rencontrés par les étudiants et les enseignants dans ce contexte d'enseignement linguistique. Les politiques éducatives nécessitent une révision afin de mieux soutenir l'enseignement de l'anglais et d'améliorer sa mise en œuvre au niveau universitaire en Algérie. Il est important de développer des stratégies appropriées pour accompagner cette transition, notamment en proposant des cours de formation pour surmonter les difficultés linguistiques.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى استكشاف واقع تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية في التعليم العالي لتخصصات العلوم التقنية على مستوى السنة الأولى من الليسانس في الجزائر، مع التركيز على جامعة قسنطينة مرباح ورقلة. الأسلوب المتبع في هذا البحث هو التحليل الوصفي والإحصائي، مما يتيح تحليلا دقيقا للوضع الحالي. الأهداف المحددة لهذا البحث الطموح متعددة: دراسة فعالية تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية في الجامعة وتحديد العقبات والتحديات التي تواجه الطلاب والمدرسين في هذا السياق التعليمي اللغوي. تتطلب السياسات التربوية مراجعة لدعم تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية بشكل أفضل وتحسين تنفيذها على مستوى الجامعات في الجزائر. من الأهمية بمكان تطوير استراتيجيات مناسبة لمواكبة هذه الانتقالات، بما في ذلك تقديم دورات تدريبية للتغلب على الصعوبات اللغوية.
