أثر تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية دراسة حالة الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز وحدة -حاسي مسعود- للفترة (2021-2023)

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تأثير تسيير الخزينة على الأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية والمتمثلة في الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز وحدة حاسي مسعود خلال الفترة الممتدة (2021-2023)، وذلك باستخدام المنهج التحليلي وهذا بتحليل القوائم المالية المقدمة من طرف المؤسسة، بالإضافة إلى حساب أهم المؤشرات المالية. وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن تسيير خزينة الشركة كان له تأثير ايجابي على الأداء المالي وهذا ما تعكسه النتائج المتحصل عليها، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز وحدة حاسي مسعود حققت توازن مالي خلال الفترة المدروسة من خلال تحقيق النتائج الايجابية، إذ تنعكس هذه النتائج في تحقيق الاحتياج في رأس المال العامل سالب بالإضافة إلى قدرتها على توليد خزينة موجبة على مستوى خزينة الاستغلال.This study aims to highlight the impact of treasury management on the financial performance of the economic institution represented by the Algerian Electricity and Gas Unit Hassi Messaoud during the period (2021-2023), using the analytical approach, by analyzing the financial statements submitted by the institution, in addition to calculating the most important financial indicators. . This study concluded that the management of the company's treasury had a positive impact on financial performance, and this is reflected in the results obtained. The study also concluded that the Algerian Electricity and Gas Company, Hassi Messaoud unit, achieved financial balance during the period studied by achieving positive results, as these results are reflected In achieving the need for negative working capital, in addition to its ability to generate a positive treasury at the level of the exploitation treasury.
