Abstract: This study seeks to explore the relationship between organizational climate and the level of loyalty of workers, civil protection in Ouargla , whereas the dimensions of the regulatory climate in the " driving style " , " incentive system " , " the nature of the work," The study also aimed to identify the extent of the presence of significant differences in the impact of organizational climate on the level of loyalty and civil protection workers, depending on the catalytic variables ( seniority at work, marital status, educational qualification) Then it has been collected survey data using a questionnaire consisting of (29) items meets the standards of validity and reliability , has been distributed randomly on the (150 ) civil protection workers from the units of Ouargla and its suburbs , it has been possible to collect (137) questionnaire valid for study and analysis , was used appropriate statistical methods for data processing and analysis , and calculation of iterations to know the percentages , and the application of statistical package SPSS version 20 to calculate the differences using the test "T" to measure the differences between the medium , was reached the following conclusions: 1- there is an impact of organizational climate on the level of loyalty and civil protection workers in Ouargla. 2- There are no statistically significant differences in the impact of organizational climate on the level of loyalty and civil protection workers, depending on the variable seniority at work. 3- There are no statistical significant differences in the impact of organizational climate on the level of loyalty and civil protection workers variable depending on marital status. 4- There are no statistical significant differences in the impact of organizational climate on the level of loyalty and civil protection workers, depending on the variable qualification. Has been the interpretation of these results in special the theoretical framework for the study and previous studies and concluded with some recommendations and proposals geared for students and decision-makers.
