Les contraintes de l’utilisation de la langue française en milieu professionnel Cas de TDA / DRSE Ouargla

Abstract

Résumé: Durant ce travail de recherche, il nous a été donné de prendre conscience des contradictions entre l’ancrage de la langue française, en tant qu’outil de travail, et la faible maîtrise de cette dernière principalement dans notre région. Montrer l’importance du français dans les entreprises algériennes, déterminer les contraintes de l’utilisation de cette langue en milieu professionnel, proposer les solutions pour améliorer le niveau des employés. Nous avons préconisé comme outil de travail un questionnaire structuré de manière à faire ressortir toutes les entraves qui freinent l’apprentissage du français. Un large fossé, sépare le cycle d’éducation, basé sur l’arabisation et la langue de travail qu’est le français. Nous considérons que sans une volonté soutenue des responsables en la matière, nos propositions seront caduques. الملخص: من خلال ھذا البحث تمكنا من ادراك التناقضات بین ترسیخ اللغة الفرنسیة كأداة في الوسط المھني و التحكم الضعیف لھذه اللغة، خصوصا في منطقتنا. توضیح أھمیة اللغة الفرنسیة في المؤسسات الجزائریة، تحدید عوائق استعمال ھذه اللغة في الوسط المھني، اقتراح حلول لتحسین مستوى العمال. اخترنا استبیان مھیكل كأداة عمل، بطریقة مكنتنا باستخراج جمیع العوائق التي تكبح من تعلم اللغة الفرنسیة. ھناك مسافة كبیرة تفصل بین حلقة التعلم التي تعتمد على التعریب و لغة العمل المتمثلة في الفرنسیة. نعتبر أنھ بدون ارادة من طرف المسؤولین المعنیین، ستكون اقتراحاتنا باطلة. Abstract: During this research, it was given to us to inderstand the contraditions between the anchorage of franch language, as a tool of work, and the low control of this latter mainly in our region. Show the importance of franch language in the algerian companies, identify the contraints on the use of this language in the workplace, propose solutions to improve the level of workers. We advocated as a working tool, a structured questionnaire to bring out all the obstacles that hinder tne learning of franch language. A wide gap separates the education cycle, based on arabization and the working language (french language). We belive that without support of the leaders in the field, our propositions will be lapsed.
