Abstract

The objective of setting The various control systems comes as a necissity That is imposed imperatively because of The incresing phenomena of crime and fraud in all fieldes we tried, in This stady to tackle and present some of The devices and systems The constitution give all possible material and human means so That they perform their duty as meant and required . The means are administrative organisation and specialised judicial ones. However, This seems in needs – despite what have been already mentioned – of effective mechanisms and tools so that they are more fitting and effective. This need was not out of nought but rather be of lacunas and lacks that hinder these mechanisms to be carried in the good way , and this what we will tackle and analyse
