Abstract

This article aims at exploring some mathematics solving problem strategies as deduced from the literature on teaching. According to the National Council of Teachers of Mathematics in United States (NCTM) ,they represent international standards for teaching contemporary mathematics Some examples will be also explored, and models of mathematics problem solving strategies in the primary school are to be suggested.
