Abstract: This article examines the stand on the concept of validity and the fact that the lack of a lot of achievement tests to achieve this indicator as evidence of a problem with the designers of the test stand on the most important foundations of the achievement test good or even adopt a theory the latest in measurement to be able to evaluate the outputs of the educational process and achieve universality and objectivity in provisions and decisions issued by this whole process.
