Abstract

The study aims to analyze the role of employment policies in the fight against unemployment in Algeria, and ways of governance through the involvement of civil society organizations, and the private sector in making and implementing operational policies, and the adoption of the principle of participation to achieve comprehensive development. Where the study tried to answer the question axial view: How effective employment policies in Algeria in achieving its goals? What are the ways of governance?
