Evaluating Ouargla University Website Quality

Abstract

The process of evaluating website is difficult, due to the non-existing of an internationally agreed evaluating system, but there are multiple attempts may allow to evaluate the website quantitatively and qualitatively. We try, through this article, to determine the quality level of the Website of Ouargla University, by the use of some diagnostic performance indicators. The most important results obtained showed that the university website has a median grade despite the efforts made by those who is in charge, this rate considered as a leap to what it was previously, and this of course will encourage responsible to make further improvement and development in order to make more better performance and more better online services
