Abstract: Jn any workplace, or work organization, training is very important because it concernes the human resources development, trait is considred as beirg the most mport aut corner stone of the working entity. Human resources rwst be developed in a matter if jop skills, and work performance us well as motivation by good planned systematine training programs. In this research paper, we attempt to identify training and its impact on workers performance either au the individual level ar the group. A self promoting company reliesom a very useful document called data form that includes the company’s traing policy, strategy and how the performance appraisal is dowe and aclueved. To check to what extent the company’s goals are achieved there must be a deep analysis wade about workers training programs.
