Abstract

The important role of internal communication in the conduct of institutions has led many researchers to focus on this factor's because of the big role in the breakdown of institutional strategy, and as an element indispensable in any organization depending on the nature and degree of activity and the evolution of the different states. Through this study, we tried to find out the extent of the role and contribution in the conduct of internal communication service institutions through a case study, and the study found that the effectiveness of internal communication has a role very effective and important in the proper functioning of institutions.

إن الدور الهام الذي يلعبه الاتصال الداخلي في تسيير المؤسسات دفع بالعديد من الباحثين للتركيزعلى هذا العامل نظرا لدوره الكبير في تفصيل إستراتيجية المؤسسات,وبصفته عنصرا لا يمكن الاستغناء عنه في أي مؤسسة باختلاف طبيعتها ونشاطها وبدرجة اختلاف تطور الدول . ومن خلال هذه الدراسة حاولنا معرفة دور ومدى مساهمة الاتصال الداخلي في تسيير المؤسسات الخدمية من خلال دراسة الحالة ,وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن فعالية الإتصال الداخلي لها دور جد فعال ومهم في حسن تسيير المؤسسات.
