Abstract: Summary of the study: The problem of the study Was to research for secret of reflexion the globalization at citizenship and the most important parts that the globalization was touched, to affect in the concept of the citizenship. lndeed , the most comprehensible of the citizenship was identifyfied by another that can exist in the world of globalization, this modefiaction was insight to Whole of cultural, politics economic variation. that it causing the globalization to affect in individual, and citizen in his thinking, believing, value and culture, for leaving and undressing on loyalty and resort in front of his notion. All of these it refers to losing the state his capacity of providing security, safety and respectable living to the illdividuale.
