انعكاس البيئة الاجتماعية في قيم العمل للاستاذ الباحث

Abstract

ترمي الدراسة الحالية إلذ موضوع انعكاس البيئة الباحالاجتماعية في قيم العمل للؤستاذ ث. دراسة ميدانية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح "ورقلة"، ونظرا لأهمية الدوضوع سوؼ نتطرؽ لو من خلبؿ طرحنا للتساؤؿ الرئيسي التالر : - كيف تنعكس البيئة الاجتماعية في قيم العمل للأستاذ الباحث بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ؟ ويندرج تحت التساؤؿ العا تساؤلات جزئية وىي كالتالر: 1 - ىل ىناؾ تأثتَ متبادؿ في الحيز الجامعي في ظل العلبقات الرسمية و الغتَ رسمية ؟ 2 - ىل الظروؼ الدادية والفيزيقية تساعد على ستَورة العمل؟ 3 - ىل للخلفية الأسرية والاجتماعية دور في تشكيل الحياة العملية؟ وقد قسمت الدراسة إلذ ثلبث فصوؿ ومنها النظرية والديدانية ومن خلبؿ الجانب الديداني تناولنا فيو الدنهج الوصفي، وعينة الدراسة كانت العينة القصدية حيث كانت الدراسة تدس الأساتذة من صنف الأستاذية )أستاذ لزاضر صنف " أ " و "ب" و أستاذ تعليم عالر(، حيث بلغ عددىم 26 فردا بعدما تم توزيع 30 استمارة ومن تذة وزعت استمارة الاستبياف وتدت الإجابة على تريع الأسئلة وتحصلنا على النتائج التالية: بالنسبة للتساؤل الجزئي الأول: وجدنا أف ىناؾ تأثتَ متبادؿ بتُ الأساتذة فيما بينهم وبينهم وبتُ الطلبة في لراؿ القيم والثقافة الدشتًكة. بالنسبة للتساؤل الجزئي الثاني: لاحظنا أف الظروؼ الدادية و الفيزيقية مساعدة لحد ما في ستَورة العمل. بالنسبة للتساؤل الجزئي الثالث: تبتُ لنا أف للخلفية الاجتماعية والأسرية دور كبتَ في تشكيل الحياة العملية للؤساتذة.  النتيجة العامة: تبتُ من خلبؿ الدراسة أف البيئة الاجتماعية و الجامعة تؤثراف بالإيجاب على قيم العمل للؤستاذ الباحث إلا أف البيئة الاجتماعية أكثر تأثتَ بالدقارنة بالحيز الجامعي. - تدت الاستفادة من الدراسات السابقة في بناء الإشكالية و تحليل الجداوؿ.

relationship between the two, due to the importance of the topic we will address it through, we raised the question of the next major: - How the environment is reflected in the values of social work professor, a researcher at the University of Cassidy Merbah - Ouargla? - The question falls under the general partial questions are as follows: 1 - Is there a reciprocal influence within the space between university professors? 2 - Is the physical conditions and physical help to process work? 3 - Does the family background and social role in the formation of life? The study was divided into three classes, including theoretical and field and through the side of the field we had a descriptive approach, and the sample of the study sample was intentional, where the study was affecting teachers of class Professorship (Lecturer class “a” and “b” and Professor of Higher Education), where the 26 sample after sample 30 were distributed and there distributed the questionnaire and has answered all the questions and we have acquired the following results: For the first partial question: We found that there is a reciprocal influence between professors among themselves and between them and the students. For the partial second question: We have noticed that the physical conditions and physical help to some extent in the process of work. For the third partial question: show us the background of social and family played a major role in the formation of life.  Result: During the study found that the social environment and the university positively affect the work values of the professor researcher, however, the social environment over the impact of the space compared to the university. - Has to take advantage of the previous studies in the building and problem analysis tables.
