معالم المنهج اللغوي في شرح الحديث النبوي عند الإمام العيني من خلال كتابه : "عمدة القارئ شرح صحيح البخاري"

Abstract

يناقش هذا البحث في إشكاليته الأساسية قضية المنهج التي شغلت الباحثين في شتى حقول المعرفة وركز على وجه الخصوص على منهج علماء الحديث في وضع قواعدهم وتأسيس مصطلحاتهم . ولقد كان الإمام البخاري واحدا من روادهم ، فهو يمتلك منهجا فريدا اعتمد عليه في رحلته الطويلة مع الحديث النبوي عندما صنف كتابه: "الجامع الصحيح" ، والعجيب في ذلك أنه لم يكتب شيئا عن منهجه الذي سلكه وترك الناس من بعده يكتشفون ويبدعون ويختلفون ويتفقون أحيانا . ثم يناقش هذا البحث منهج الإمام العيني في شرحه لصحيح البخاري في كتابه "عمدة القارئ " والدي كان له مسلكه المتميز ، وأسلوبه الخاص أثناء الشرح والتحليل ، حيث قدم منهجية يمكن أن تكون نموذجا تعليميا مدرسيا في شرح الحديث النبوي .و قد ساهم من خلال ذلك في خدمة صحيح البخاري من ناحيتين اثنتين : الأولى : من جانب التشريع والفقه والأحكام . والثانية : من جانب اللغة والنحو . فكان بهذا التوجه أحد العلماء البارزين القلائل في المزاوجة بين الجانبين فهو عالم في الحديث متقن ولغوي نحوي بارع متفنن ، فجاء شرحه بهذه المزاوجة من أوسع الشروح نقلا وتحقيقا ، وأجمعها بحثا وتمحيصا ، اتبع فيه طريق البسط والإيضاح ، مع حسن الجمع والترتيب والتنسيق . فجاء شرحه موسوعة حديثية تتوارد فيها البحوث اللغوية والنحوية والصرفية والبلاغية ، فضلا عن الإستنباطات الفقهية والفوائد العملية والأحكام التشريعية، واستطاع العيني ببراعة أن يوظف اللغة وعلومها المختلفة في شرح الحديث الشريف متأثرا في ذلك بعلماء اللغة وأرباب المعاجم ، وكبار النحويين والصرفيين والبلاغيين ، ناهلا من أشهر المدارس والمذاهب غير متعصب ولا محامل . غير أن القضايا اللغوية التي اعتني بها كانت متفاوتة المقدار تشكل البحوث النحوية فيهاحصة الأسد.

Cette recherche traite dans sa problématique principale la méthode qui a attiré l’attention des chercheurs dans les différents champs du savoir. Elle s’articule en particulier autour de la méthode des savants du discours prophétique pour mettre leurs bases et fonder leur terminologie. Le chef de file était « El Boukhari ». Il avait une méthode unique adoptée lors de son périple. Lorsqu’il a voulu classer l’ensemble du « hadith ». Ce qui est étonnant c’est qu’il n’a rien écrit sur la méthode utilisée et a laissé les gens perplexes en découvrant, en écrivant, en désaccord et quelques fois en accord. Ensuite, cette recherche s’intéresse à la méthode d’El Imam Al Ayni dans ces explications du discours prophétique selon El Boukhari dans son ouvrage « Oumdat Al Quarii ». Il avait pris un chemin singulier, un style particulier dans ses explications et son analyse. Il a présenté une méthodologie qui pourrait être un modèle didactique scolaire dans l’explication du discours prophétique. Ainsi, il a collaboré à apporter au « sahih Al Boukhari », d’une part : la législation, le « fikh » et les règlements. D’autre part la langue et la grammaire. Avec sa perspective, il était l’un des rares imminents savants usant de la dualité entre les deux aspects. Il était à la fois un érudit du discours prophétique et un remarquable linguiste. Avec cette dualité, ses explications sont devenues les plus riches. Son style est simple et claire avec sa collecte du discours prophétique, son ordre et son homogénéité. Sa recherche est considérée comme une encyclopédie du discours prophétique dont les recherches linguistiques, grammaticales, de conjugaison et de rhétorique. Tirant ainsi des utilités de tout azimut. Al Ayni a pu brillement usé de la langue et ses sciences dans l’explication du discours prophétique influencé par les savants de la langue, des traducteurs, des grammairiens, et des rhétoriciens, tolérant et impartial à la fois. Dans ses travaux linguistiques, la plus grande importance était donnée aux recherches grammaticales.
