Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الى التعرف الى العلاقة بين السمات الانفعالية ( العصبية ، الاكتئاب ، القابلية للاستثارة ) بالأداء المهني لدى استاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية ، حيث طرحنا اشكالية كالتالي : هل هناك علاقة إرتباطية بين السمات الانفعالية ( العصبية ، الاكتئاب ، القابلية للاستثارة ) بالأداء المهني لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي؟ وفرضنا فرضية تقول انه توجد علاقة بين السمات الانفعالية ( العصبية ، الاكتئاب ، القابلية للاستثارة ) والأداء المهني لدى أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي. وهدفنا في بحثا دراسة للجانب النفسي للأستاذ وبالتحديد للانفعالات وابراز علاقة السمات التالية ( العصبية ، الاكتئاب ، القابلية للاستثارة ) بالأداء المهني والبحث على الاسباب الممكنة لظهور هذه الانفعالات للأستاذ ، والعمل على ايجاد حلول تسمح بالقضاء او على الاقل التخفيف منها ، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي لوصف السمات الانفعالية والأداء المهني ، و تمثل مجتمع بحثنا في أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية في الطور الثانوي في مدينة ورقلة وعينة عددها (20) أستاذ في المستويات الثلاثة ، واعتمدنا على أداتين لجمع معلومات بحثنا وهي مقياس فرايبورج لقياس السمات الثلاثة ( العصبية ، الاكتئاب ، القابلية للاستثارة ) وبطاقة ملاحظة الأداء في المهارات الأساسية ( التنفيذ ، إدارة الصف ) ، وكانت المعالجة الاحصائية بإستخدام معامل الإرتباط لبرسون والنسبة المئوية و ت استدنت ، حيث خلصنا الى ان الاساتذة يتصفون ببعض التصرفات والسلوكات التي توحي بوجود بعض الانفعالات مثل ( العصبية ، الاكتئاب ، القابلية للاستثارة )، وكذالك وجود علاقة عكسية سالبة بين السمات الانفعالية الثلاثة والأداء المهني للأستاذ ووجود فروق دالة احصائيا بين السمات الانفعالية تعزى لمتغير السن والخبرة.

The study aimed to identify the correlation between emotional attributes (nervousness, depression, and susceptibility to excitability) and professional performance with a professor of physical education and sports. In this sense, the research problematic is formulated as follows: Is there a correlation between emotional attributes (nervousness, depression, susceptibility to excitability) and professional performance with a professor of physical education and sports in the secondary stage? The general hypothesis is formulated to include the following: - No correlation between emotional attributes (nervousness, depression, susceptibility to excitability) and professional performance with a professor of physical education and sports in the secondary stage. The goal of the research includes: A - A study of the psychological side of the professor and specifically to the phenomenon known as emotion and knowledge of their relationship to performance in teaching. B - Highlighting the emotional relationship of the following features (nervousness, depression, susceptibility to excitability) with the competence in teaching. C - Find the possible reasons for the emergence of agitation among professors of physical education and sports. D - Work on finding appropriate solutions allow the elimination or at least alleviate this phenomenon (of emotions) We used a descriptive method to describe the features of emotional and professional performance, as a sample of our study is (20) the professors of Physical Education and Sports in the secondary stage at three levels in the city of Ouargla, and we relied on two tools to gather information discussed: the measure of Freiburg to measure the three attributes (nervousness, depression, susceptibility to excitability) and note card performance in basic skills (implementation, classroom management), and were treated statistically using the Pearson correlation coefficient, the percentage, and Kay quadrature. The results were as follows: - Professors having some actions and behaviors that suggest the existence of some emotions (such as nervousness, depression, susceptibility to excitability) and this is what we obtained from the results of the scale of the Freiburg figure in three dimensions. - The three Emotional features have an inverse correlation with performance in teaching which is negative and strong and that is evident by the results obtained from the three-dimensional measure of Freiburg and note card together.
