واقع النشاط البدني المكيف بمراكز طبية البيداغوجية للأطفال المتخلفين ذهنيا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور النشاط البدني المكيف وكذلك معرفة في ما إذا كان هناك تعزيز للتواصل للأطفال المتخلفين ذهنيا على مستوى المركزيين،واستخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي،و تمثلت عينة البحث بمجموعتين من المربين على مستوى المركزين (الوادي-ورقلة) البالغ عددهم (30)مربي،و اعتمد الباحث على مجموعة الأسئلة المطروحة المتمثلة في الاستبيان،حيث تضمنت استمارة الاستبيان 23 سؤال خاص بالمربين حيث اعتمد الباحث على الاسئلة المغلقة و الاسئلة نصف المفتوحة،و استنتج الباحث أن نقص المربين المختصين في النشاط البدني الرياضي المكيف إذ يشرف على تنفيذه في المركزيين مربين ذو مستوى الثالثة ثانوي،عدم اطلاع مربين على القوانين والمبادئ والأهداف والقواعد العامة التي تسير وتنظم النشاط البدني المكيف للمتخلفين ذهنيا،قلة التشجيع الكافي والتدعيم المادي للممارسة الرياضية، إذ هناك ثلاث هيئات فقط تدعم برامج النشاط الرياضي للمتخلفين ذهنيا (مديرية الشبيبة والرياضية - مديرية النشاط ألاجتماعي الجماعات المحلية)،في حين أوصى الباحث بتوفير الوسائل البيداغوجية الترفيهية بقوة داخل المركزيين،توفير أكبر عدد من المختصين الرياضيين لهذه الشريحة من المجتمع،الاقتراح على وزارة التضامن،وزارة التعليم العالي و وزارة الشبيبة و الرياضة اتفاقية فيما بينهم،بدمج متخرجين من المعاهد الرياضية بالمراكز شبه البيداغوجية.

The study aimed to identify the role of physical activity conditioner as well as to know whether there was a strengthening of communication for children for Mentally Retarded at the level of the central, and the use of a researcher descriptive approach, and represented the research sample sets of educators at the level of the two centers (the valley - Ouargla)'s (30) breeders, and the researcher adopted a set of questions posed in the questionnaire, which included 23 question questionnaire special Palmrbin where the researcher to Questions enclosed and half open questions, and the researcher concluded that a lack of educators, specialists in physical activity, sports adjuster as overseeing the implementation of the central Educators with the level of the third secondary, not to inform educators on the laws and principles, objectives and general rules that go and organize physical activity adjuster retarded mentally, lack of adequate encouragement and strengthening physical exercise sports, as there are three bodies only supports the programs of physical activity for the retarded mentally (Directorate of Youth and Sports - Directorate activity Social local groups), while the researcher recommended the provision of means pedagogical recreational firmly within the central, providing the largest number of specialists athletes for this segment of society, the proposal to the Ministry of Solidarity, the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Youth and Sports agreement among themselves, to integrate graduates from institutes Sports semi-pedagogical centers.
