Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية المعنونة بـ "إستراتجية التكوين المهني ومتطلبات سوق الشغل" إلى الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي: إلي إي مدى تتلاءم التخصصات الموجودة في المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة .1 مع متطلبات سوق الشغل ؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل تم طرح تساؤلات الفرعية التالية: ما طبيعة ونوعية البرامج التكوينية المقدمة في المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة .1 ؟ هل هناك تنسيق بين التخصصات الموجودة في المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة . 1 و متطلبات سوق الشغل ؟ هل يوجد تكامل بين الجانب النظري و التطبيقي في المعهد الوطني المتخصص في التكوين المهني سلطاني عبد القادر ورقلة.1 ؟ والإجابة على التساؤلات السابقة اعتمدنا على مجموعة من الإجراءات المنهجية والمتمثلة في منهج البحث الميداني مستخدمين في ذلك أدوات جمع البيانات المتمثلة في الاستبيان والمقابلة بالإضافة إلى أساليب تحليل البيانات، وطبقت هذه الدراسة على عينة متكونة من127 متربص من المعهد الوطني تم اختيارهن بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة بنسبة10%. فأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن على تخصصات الموجودة تتماشى مع متطلبات سوق الشغل وهذا في إطار الإستراتجية المعتمدة من قبل المعهد لضمان تكوين جيد ، فالتكوين المهني يمنح المتربصين مؤهلات ومهارات وقدرات لممارسة مهنهم والتخصص فيها، فأضحى في السنوات الأخيرة محط توجه الشباب هذا لما يوفره من فرص مناسبة للتكوين بشقيه النظري والتطبيقي فهو ضروري لضمان مستقبل مهني.
