Abstract

هدفت الدراسة المعنونة بـ : " العلاقات الانسانية ودورها في تشكيل الرأس المال الاجتماعي بجامعة قصدي مرباح ورقلة " إلى الإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي المتمثل : كيف يتشكل الرأس المال الاجتماعي من خلال نمط العلاقات الانسانية؟ للإجابة عن هذا التساؤل اعتمدت الباحثة على ثلاثة فرضيات فرعية تمثلت في: 1. يتشكل الرأس المال الاجتماعي من خلال التعاون. 2. يتشكل الرأس المال الاجتماعي من خلال المشاركة . 3. يتشكل الرأس المال الاجتماعي من خلال عنصر الثقة. وللتحقق من الفرضيات تبنينا المنهج الوصفي واعتمدنا في جمع المعلومات على الاستمارة والمقابلة لقد طبقت هذه الأدوات على أساتذة كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، في حين كانت العينة القصدية تمثلت 40 أستاذ بنسبة 30%من المجتمع الأصلي 133 أستاذ، فيما أسفرت الدراسة على النتائج التالية : للعلاقات الانسانية دور كبير وهام في تشكيل الرأس المال الاجتماعي وذلك من خلال عدة عوامل من بينها المشاركة ، التعاون و الثقة فكلما كانت هناك علاقات إنسانية بين الأفراد كلما زاد تشكيل الرأس المال الاجتماعي بينهم. .

To verify the assumptions we adopted the descriptive approach we have adopted in the collection of information on the form and the interview I have applied these tools to professors of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences Cassidy at the University of Merbah Ouargla, while the sample is intentional represented 40 professor by 30% of the original community 133 professor, while the study yielded results the following: human relations large and important role in the formation of social capital and head through several factors including the participation, cooperation and confidence Whenever there was a human relations between individuals and the greater the formation of social capital, including the head.
