واقع استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم الالكتروني بالجامعة الجزائرية (دراسة استكشافية لعينة من الأساتذة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة نموذجا)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة المعنونة: " استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم الالكتروني بالجامعة الجزائرية ". إلى الإجابة عن التساؤل الرئيسي المتمثل في: كيف يؤثر استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم الالكتروني على عملية التفاعل بين الأستاذ والطلبة في جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة؟ وللإجابة على هذا التساؤل طرحت الباحثة ثلاث أسئلة فرعية: 1. ماهي استخدامات تكنولوجيا التعليم الأكثر اهتماما من طرف الأساتذة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة (التدريس، البحث، النشر الالكتروني)؟. 2. ماهي الوسائل التكنولوجية الأكثر استخداما من طرف الأساتذة بجامعة قاصدي مرباح؟ 3. كيف يؤثر هذا الاستخدام على عملية التفاعل بين الأستاذ والطالب؟ ولقد اتبعت الباحثة مجموعة من الاجراءات شملت المدخل السوسيولوجي (التفاعلية الرمزية ) والمنهج الوصفي بالاعتماد على بعض الأدوات لجمع المعلومات (الملاحظة، استمارة الاستبيان) ،وصولا إلى النتائج وتحليل البيانات المتعلقة بكل النتائج .وتم تطبيق هذه الأداة على عينة من الأساتذة في كل من كلية العلوم الإنسانية الاجتماعية ، كلية العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التجارة والتسيير، كلية الآداب واللغات الأجنبية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة ، والمتمثلة في 394 أستاذ ، وتم اختيار العينة الطبقية الاحتمالية ،حيث تم توزيع 79 استمارة استبيان و استرجع منها 56 استمارة استبيان. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الأساتذة يعملون على استخدام تكنولوجيا التعليم الالكتروني وهذا راجع إلى: بالرغم الجهود المبذولة من طرف الجامعة بخصوص تطوير التعليم الجامعي لمواكبة التطور العالمي؛ إلا أنه لازالت فكرة تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني بجامعة قاصدي مرباح في بدايتها والجامعة في مرحلة انتقالية لذلك، فهي تحاول جامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة توفير كل الوسائل الحديثة والقيام بدورات تكوينية للأساتذة في هذا المجال ، أضف لوجود بعض النقائص والمشاكل في بعض كليات الجامعة من بينها عدم توفر الشبكة العنكبوتية بشكل كاف في الجامعة و نقص اليد العاملة التي تسهر على تحسين الخدمات و مضاعفة الجهود مما يعني أن الجامعة لازالت بعيدة نوعا ما عن تحقيق الجودة في التعليم العالي من الجانب التقني وهذا ما يحول دون تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني فعليا في الجامعة وشيوع العملية بشكل واسع من خلال الانفتاح على الجامعات الدولية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم العالي، تكنولوجيا المعلومات ، التعليم الالكتروني ،الجامعة الجزائرية.

The entitled studyaims: "the use of e-learning technology at the University of Algeria." To answer the main question posed: how it affects the use of the e-learning process of interaction between teacher and students in University kasdimerbah Ouargla? To answer this question researchers posed three sub-questions: 1. What are the uses of educational technology most interested by the professors of the University of Kasdimerbah Ouargla (teaching, research, e-publishing)? 2. What are the most commonly used technological means by university professors kasdimerbah? 3. How does this affect the process of interaction between teacher and student? The researcher has followed a series of actions, including sociological portal (interactive avatar) and descriptive drawing on some tools to gather information (note, the questionnaire), down to the results and analysis of data on all results. This tool has been applied to a sample of professors in the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of economic sciences and business and management, College of foreign languages, University of Ouargla, kasdimerbah of 394 Professor, stratified sampling was probabilistic, with the distribution of a questionnaire and retrieved 79 including 56 questionnaire. The results of the study found that teachers are using technology e-learning due to: Despite the efforts of the University on the development of higher education to keep pace with global development, but still the idea of applying eLearning in University Medical tourists at the beginning and the whole merbah in transition to it. And Kasdimerbah Ouargla University is trying to provide all the modern methods and training courses for teachers in this area. And There were some shortcomings and problems in some faculties of the University, including the lack of Internet in University. And Labour shortages that determinations to improve services and increase efforts so that the University is still somewhat distant from achieving quality in higher education from the technical side, this precludes the application of e-education in the University and the process is broadly through openness to international universities.
