Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على كيفية انعكاس المناوبة الليلية على المرأة العاملة في القطاع الصحي و كذلك التعرف على العوائق التي تواجه المرأة العاملة بالمناوبة الليلية بالقطاع الصحي و التعرف على كيفية تفاعل المناوبات مع المرضى با القطاع الصحي اي على الواقع المعقد الذي نعيشه المرأة العاملة بالمناوبة الليلية في القطاع الصحي "محاولين من خلال هذه الدراسة اكتشاف هذا الواقع من خلال تساؤل رئيسي : ما واقع المرأة العاملة بالمناوبة الليلية في القطاع الصحي من وجهة نظر الممرضة؟ وللإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة تم الاعتماد على منهج البحث الميداني ،مستخدمين في ذلك الأدوات المناسبة لهذا المنهج وهي الملاحظة،الاستبيان، أما عينة الدراسة فقد اعتمدنا على المسح الشامل كون مجتمع الدراسة صغير جدا ولا يمكن اخذ عينة منه حيث قدر بـ44 مناوبة. من خلال ما سبق ومجمل النتائج التي أسفرت عليها تساؤلات الدراسة والتي كانت بمثابة أبعاد لتساؤل الرئيسي لدراسة والذي يبحث في واقع المرأة العاملة بالمناوبة الليلية في القطاع الصحي من وجهة نظر الممرضة نقول: أن هناك بعض الأمور تجعل المرأة غير راضية عن هذا عمل المناوبة الليلية ،و يظهر هذا جليا من خلال إجابتهن بعدم رضاهن على الأجر ،وعدم انتقالهن من مصلحة إلى أخرى طيلة عملن بالمناوبة الليلية ، كما أنهن مقصرات في عملهن نتيجة التعب و الإرهاق ،كذلك عدم تلقيهن حوافز معنوية من قبل الرئيس وضعف العلاقات الجيدة تولد نقص التكامل و الانسجام بينهن في العمل ،مع وجود كذلك بعض المعوقات التي تولد لها ضغط ، تحول بينها و بين القيام بواجباتها وهي أن المرأة المناوبة في الليل تتعرض للاهانات من طرف أهل المرضى أو المرضى أنفسهم نتيجة الخلفية السلبية على المناوبة الليلية ،كذلك عدم توفر المؤسسة على الوسائل الأساسية المهمة في عمل المناوبة الليلية خاصة أنها مؤسسة حديثة النشأة، وغياب الأمن في الفترة الليلية يجعل المناوبات خائفات أثناء أدائهن لعمهن . كما أن نظرة المجتمع للمناوبة الليلية تعتبر من الصعوبات التي تواجهها المرأة المناوبة ،لان المجتمع يعتبرها امرأة غير محا فضة مما يولد لها عدم احترام ،كما أن للعمل الليلي تأثير على عدم زواجها ،كذلك أهل الزوج يرفضون العمل الليلي للزوجة وهذا حسب العادات و التقاليد، مما يولد عدم استقرار اسري خاصة ترك الأولاد عند أهل الزوجة طيلة عملها في الليل وهذا ما يؤثر على العلاقات الاجتماعية ويرجع هذا على الأبناء و الزوج داخل الأسرة.

The summary of the study This study aims at showing how the reflection of the night shift on women who work in the health sector as well as identifying the obstacles facing her while doing the job at night, also learning how to interact with patients in this the complex reality ", this study tries to discover this reality through a key question: What is the reality of working women who alternate night in the health sector from the viewpoint of the nurse? The answer of the study’s questions has been relied on field research approach by using the appropriate tools for this approach which are the questionnaire, the study sample in which we have adopted a comprehensive survey on the fact that the study population is very small and cannot take a sample of it where it was about 44 rotation. Through the above, and the overall results of the study and the questions that served as the dimensions of the main question of this study, which looks at the reality of working women who alternate night in the health sector from the viewpoint of the nurse say: There are some things make women not satisfied with this work of night shift, this clearly shows through their answers that they are not satisfied with the wage, also with the transition from interest to the other throughout worked alternate night, as they are not fully satisfied with their work due to the fatigue and exhaustion, as well as lack of moral incentives by the President ,also lack of good relations resulted in lack of integration and harmony among them at work, with the presence as well as some of the obstacles that generate pressure, turning between them and carry out their duties is that the rotation of women in the night of being abused by the people of the patients or the patients themselves back result negative on the night shift, as well as the lack of organization on the availability of basic means important work in night shift as newly established private institution, and the absence of security in the night period makes rotations afraid for their performance during the work. The society's perception of the rotation Night is one of the difficulties faced by women rotation, because society considers is wiped Silver woman, which generates a lack of respect, and night work impact on the lack of her marriage, as well as the husband's family refuse to night work for the wife that is according to customs and traditions, which result instability and children ignorance and family damage.
