إستخدام الصحفيين لتكنولوجيا الإتصال الحديثة - دراســة وصفـية تحليلية لعينة من صحفيي التلفزيون الجزائري -

Abstract

تعد عملية استخدام تكنولوجيا الاتصال في المؤسسات الإعلامية من المتطلبات الحديثة لمجاراة التطورات الكبيرة في بنية العمل ولذلك من الواجب على إداراة هذه المؤسسات أن تعطي أهميةً خاصةً لتبني هذا المفهوم، كما يجب عليها أن تولد الاستعدادات لدى عامليها لتطبيقه، وأن توفر المستلزمات الأساسية والمتطلبات الخاصة لنجاحه، ودراستنا هذه تقوم على إستخدام الصحفيين لتكنولوجيات الإتصال الحديثة في مؤسسة التلفزيون الجزائري ، اعتمدنا في إجراء هذه الدراسة الوصفية على منهج المسح، وضمن منهج المسح استخدمنا "المسح التحليلي" الذي يفيد تحليل النتائج الكمية، مستعينين في جمع المعلومات بأداتين ثانويتين هما: الملاحظة في عين المكان وذلك لكشف بعض الحقائق كظروف الاستخدام وعاداته، وكذا المقابلة، كما استعنا بأداة رئيسية، وهي استمارة الاستبيان. وبعد جمع المعلومات ميدانيا وتحليلها توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج نوجزها فيما يلي: - أن هناك إستخدام لتكنولوجيا الإتصال الحديثة في مؤسسة التلفزيون الجزائري ، وأن التلفزيون الجزائري عمل على تطوير وإدخال أحدث التكنولوجا الى المؤسسة لكن هذا الإستخدام يبقى متباينا لدي الصحفيين العملين بالمؤسسة . - أن العوامل الديموغرافية للمبحوثين تؤثر في نسبة إستخدامهم لتكنولوجيا الإتصال الحديثة فيما يخص المستوى التعليمي، والأقدمية وكذا الإستفادة من التديريب والتكوين على إستخدام هذه التكنولوجيات الحديثة. - أن إستخدام تكنولوجيا الإتصال الحديثة في مؤسسة التلفزيون الجزائري أدى الى تحسين مستوى إداء المؤسسة حيث ساهمت في تحسين أداء الصحفيين وتحقيق الرضى الوظيفي داخل المؤسسة ، وتحسن الإتصال الداخلي والخارجي وتحققت إنتاجية أكثر و محيط عمل ملائم.
