Abstract

تناولنا فيها جوانب من حياة وسيرة العقيد"محمد شعباني" قائد الولاية السادسة، والدور الذي قام به أثناء الثورة التحريرية وفي عهد الاستقلال، وذلك على طول فترة زمنية امتدت من ولادته سنة 1934 إلى غاية وفاته، وقوفا بمختلف مراحل هذه حياته، وتفاعلها مع الأحداث والمستجدات التي عرفتها الجزائر آنذاك، ومن جملة ما توصلت إليه حول هاته الشخصية، من مواقفها ومساهماتها الثورية ما يلي: ـ أن محمد شعباني من خلال مواقفه الوطنية وتمسكه ببيان أول نوفمبر 1954، يؤكد لنا بأنه صاحب مشروع حضاري ناضلت من أجله الجزائر طيلة قرن وربع قرن، الرامي لرجوعها إلى مكانتها الطبيعية ضمن مصاف الدول العربية و الإسلامية . ـ ساهمت عوامل عديدة في صقل هذه الشخصية ،منها البيئة العربية الأصيلة التي نشأ فيها والأسرة المناضلة التي ترعرع بين أحضانها، وحفظه للقرآن الكريم وتعاليمه في سن الثانية عشر، ولدت لديه وعيا مبكرا واعتزازا بانتمائه الحضاري ،متطلعا للحرية ممقتا للاستعمار. ـ التحق الشاب محمد شعباني بصفوف جيش التحرير منذ المرحلة الأولى للثورة، ملبيا نداء الواجب الوطني، تاركا مقاعد الدراسة، فكان من الطلائع الأولى للطلبة الجزائريين الذين آزروا الثورة وشدوا ساعدها بالرجال والعلم.
