Abstract

تهدف هذهالدراسةالىالبحثفيمختلفجوانبموضوعتكنولوجياالاعلام والاتصالالتياصبحتمحلاهتمامكلالمؤسساتالاقتصادية، ومدى تأثيرها على الخدمة الادارية. و حاولنامنخلالهذهالدراسةتسليطالضوءعلىاهمجوانبتكنولوجياالاعلاموالاتصالوالمتمثلةاساسافيشبكةالإنترنتباعتبارهااهموسيلةتعتمدهاالادارة فيتقديمخدماتهامنجهة،ومناكثرالتكنولوجياتالتييلجااليهاالزبونعندرغبتهفيالحصولعلىالخدمةمنجهةأخرى، وقد اجريت الدراسة في مؤسسة بريد الجزائر تقرت على عينة عشوئية منتظمة من العاملين على مستوى ادارة المؤسسة، حيث اعتمادنا على المنهج المسحي في وصف وتحليل الظاهرة، سعيا الى التعرف على اثر الانترنت على الخدمة الادارية، ومدى مساهمتها في تحسينها، منطلقينا من التساؤل التالي: كيفتساهمتكنولوجياالاعلاموالاتصال "الانترنت" فيتحسينالخدمةالاداريةداخلالمؤسسةالجزائرية - مؤسسةبريدالجزائرتقرت - ؟. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكنولوجيا الإعلام والاتصال، الانترنت، الخدمة ، الإدارة ، المؤسسة.

This study aimsto lookatvarious aspects ofthemedia andcommunicationtechnology’s subject, which has become the focus ofalleconomic institutions, andits impact on theadministrativeservice. Through this study we tried to highlight the most important aspects of media and communication technology, represented mainly in the Internet as the more important means adopted by the administration in the provision of services on the one hand, and the most used technology by the customer when his desire to get the service on the other hand. The study was conducted in Algeria, a Foundation Touggourt on a systematic random sample of employees at the level of Directors of the Corporation, where we relied on the survey method to describe and analyze the phenomenon, in order to identify the impact of the Internet on the administrative service, and the extent of its contribution to the improvement, departing from the following question: How media and communication technologies "Internet " contribute to the improvement of the administrative service within the Algerian Foundation - a Foundation Algeria Touggourt -?.
