جودة أداء الاستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر الطلبة دراسة ميدانية بقسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية كلية العلوم الانسانية والاجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح – ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف الد ا رسة الحالية والمعنونة بجودة أداء الأستاذ الجامعي من وجهة نظر طلبة قسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية في جامعة قاصدي 4102 إلى استكشاف تقدي ا رت الطلبة لمستوى أداء / مرباح_ ورقلة_ للموسم الجامعي 4102 الأستاذ الجامعي، والى استكشاف الاختلاف في تقدي ا رتهم لمؤش ا رت الأداء الجيد للأستاذ الجامعي تبعا لكل من عامل الجنس، المستوى التعليمي، و التخصص، وأيضا استكشاف تقدي ا رتهم للعوامل التي تحسن من أدائه. و لتحقيق هذه الأهداف تمت صياغة االتساؤلات التالية:  ماهو مستوى أداء الأستاذ الجامعي حسب تقدير الطلبة؟ وماهي تقدي ا رتهم لأهمية أبعاد الأداء؟  هل تختلف تقدي ا رت الطلبة لمؤش ا رت الأداء الجيد للأستاذ الجامعي تبعا لعامل الجنس؟  هل تختلف تقدي ا رت الطلبة لمؤش ا رت الأداء الجيد للأستاذ الجامعي تبعا لعامل المستوى التعليمي؟  هل تختلف تقدي ا رت الطلبة لمؤش ا رت الأداء الجيد للأستاذ الجامعي تبعا لعامل التخصص؟  ماهي العوامل التي تؤدي إلى جودة أداء الأستاذ الجامعي حسب تقدير الطلبة؟ وقد استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لملاءمته موضوع الد ا رسة، وبعد تطبيق الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة أسفرت الد ا رسة على النتائج التالية:  تقدير الطلبة لمستوى أداء الأستاذ الجامعي بقسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية كان جيدا.  لا يوجد اختلاف في تقدي ا رت الطلبة لمؤش ا رت الأداء الجيد للأستاذ الجامعي تبعا لعامل الجنس.  لا يوجد اختلاف في تقدي ا رت الطلبة لمؤش ا رت الأداء الجيد للأستاذ الجامعي تبعا لعامل المستوى التعليمي.  لا يوجد اختلاف في تقدي ا رت الطلبة لمؤش ا رت الأداء الجيد للأستاذ الجامعي تبعا لعامل

This recent study in titled « The quality of the university teacher performance from the view of students of psychology and educational sciences department at human and sociology faculty in Kasdi Merbeh university season 2014/2015 aims at discovering the students values of the level university teacher performance in the department as well discovering their values about symbols of the good performance of the university teacher according to the factor of gender, major and educational level, also discovering their values about the factors that improve this performance. To realise these objectives we asked the following questions:  What is the level of university teacher performance according to students values and what are their values about the importance of performance dimensions?  Are the students values of the symbols of the good performance of the teachers change according to gender factor?  Are the students values of the symbols of the good performance of the teachers change according to educational level factor?  Are the students values of the symbols of the good performance of the teachers change according to major factor?  What are the factors that led to the quality of university teacher performance according to students value? The descriptive analytical approach was used because it seemed appropriate for this study and after applying statistical styles we get the following results:  The value of students about the level of university teacher performance was good.  There is no change in the students values about the symbols of the good performance of university teacher according to gender factor.  There is no change in the students values about the symbols of the good performance of university teacher according to educational level factor.  There is no change in the students values about the symbols of the good performance of university teacher according to major factor.
