dc.description.abstractThis current study aimed to identify the reality of human relations in the school environment from the perspective of middle school teachers working in some middle schools in M'sila, in Algeria for the school year 2014/2015. The study sample consisted of (97) middle school teachers , of both gender , who have been chosen by the simple Random method where they have been Subjected to the data collection questionnaire. The results showed that the level of human relations in the school environment is average. It also showed no differences between the mean of the answers of the study sample due to the variables of sex , While it showed a difference between middle school teachers due to the variable scientific testimony(Secondary, university). The survey found a number of recommendations in the light of the resultsen_US
