dc.description.abstractThe present study aims to detect success in secondary education indicators (effectiveness) through a comparison between the thirteen study (13) secondary recorded a high success in the baccalaureate and counterpart least thirteen successful (13) secondary recorded low results in the baccalaureate Oran province. These institutions were chosen intentionally, classified the two groups on the basis of the spring way and this after collecting the success of the baccalaureate for five years ratios (from 2006 until 2011) and arranged in ascending order and was selected the two groups mentioned above by taking institutions that are located in the first spring (at least Group success) and last spring (successful Group). The total sample size of 641 students, 307 successful enterprises and institutions at least 334 of success. And the study concluded that better than that successful institutions group less successful with respect to indicators of success (internal efficiency)en_US
