Abstract

: This article aim to identify the repercussions of the economic openness that recognize Algeria today, because of the partnership agreement of the Euro-Mediterranean region, as well as the imminent adhere to World Trade Organization, and the impact of this opening up to competitive Algerian economic institutions in general, and on small and medium-sized industrial enterprises in particular, having become a trend and alternative strategic by the Algerian state.
