dc.description.abstractThe remuneration is a key variable driving. It contributes to the development of performance, determines the internal social equilibrium, keeps employees in the company and attracts talent. It is an important and useful tool for achieving organizational objectives. This is one of the communication tools most powerful among those available to businesses to help them attract, retain and motivate employees they need to be successful. Obviously, the wages do not have the same implications for the employers and the employees. For the employers, they constitute principally a cost, but also a means of motivating the workers. While for the employees, the wages represent their standard of living, an incentive to reinforce their competences and, a source of professional satisfaction. It is undoubtedly, of complex system of piloting in an organization which economic and social stakes play such importance on its functioning and its evolutions.en_US
