Abstract

Young people are the basic renaissance of nations, and they are the heart beat to it as deduced from the history of nations and civilizations. And their development so that the vitality of any community linked to the extent of energetic young people and their awareness of their rights and duties and this will be only done by youth empowerment. Empowerment tributary streams of good governance or as a producer accompanying him should be a major focus in strategies and policies of reform. This study aims to determine the nature of the constitutional empowerment of young people within the interactive relationship linking their duties. On the other hand the state takes responsibilities and duties on that ,and take it as a strategic option in light of the current challenges and variables that is known in the Maghreb region and the Islamic nation in general
