This article proposes a consideration of the last local elections held in Morocco in september 2015.proceeding from a rebuilding of their historical and political contexts in which these elections were held under the mandate of a government led by an islamist party. And their general constitutional condition related to the fact that these were the first local and regional elections to be held under the constitution of 2011. And to evoke the aspirations of their contributors. All this in the light of the hypothesis of partial political Return of politics to the electoral field as one of the central conclusions from which to approach the limits of the transformation witnessed by this ballot.en_US
