Abstract

Pole or polarization, is in the language or to pull together towards a point or a specific place, like term, to focus on territorial jurisdiction of several courts in one court, provided there is a set of well-defined physical skills and that these courts are endowed with human, legal and logistical necessary, in other words, it is the legal specialization, in order to give legal operation the desired level of treatment to achieve some effectiveness and achieve equity.
