dc.description.abstractHuman resources development is a big challenge for contemporary organizations, especially those related to the formation of human capital in order to raise the challenge of sustainable development. The researcher distributed a questionnaire on 166 respondents from industrialized Dzaireeten two institutions, in order to measure the level of development they have. This study was to reach a basic conclusion that the development of human resources in the Algerian industrial organizations are still far from practices adopted by global institutions, which makes it the desired development at the industrial level far-fetched, at least for the time being.
