Rôle de la culture et des connaissances dans la compréhension des textes juridiques

Abstract

The work done in language sciences and cognitive psychology was emphasized on the knowledge of the reader in understanding the texts. In this article, we will focus on the understanding of the Algerian legal texts considered as univocal. We will try to show the part of the reader's knowledge in the construction of the meaning of these texts that are particular not only by their linguistic, discursive and linguistic specificities but also by their cultural and ethics aspect.
