إدارة احتياطي الصرف الأجنبي دراسـة حالـة الجزائـر للفتـرة (1992- 2012)

Abstract

تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى الإلمام بتطور إحتياطات الصرف الأجنبي على المستوى الدولي، وعلى المستوى الوطني خاصة ، وتحديد كيفية إدارتها من أجل تحديد المستويات المثلى منها في ضل المخاطر التي يمكن أن تتعرض لها من جراء إستثمارها في الأسواق العالمية، وتتلخص هذه الدراسة أيضا على معرفة واقع الاقتصاد الجزائري في الفترة الممتدة من سنة 1992إلى غاية 2012، وذالك عن طريق معرفة التأثير المتبادل لاحتياطات الصرف الأجنبي وبعض المتغيرات الاقتصادية، المتمثلة في سعر الصرف وحجم الواردات، إظافة إلى نسبة الديون القصيرة الأجل .

This study seeks to knowledge of the evolution of reserves of foreign exchange at the international level , and on a private national level, and to determine how to manage them in order to determine the optimal ones levels in lost risks that can be exposed as a result of its investment in the global markets, this study are summarized also know the reality of the Algerian economy in the period from 1992 until 2012, and the piece through the knowledge of the mutual influence of the foreign exchange reserves and some of the exchange rate and economic variables and the volume of imports, in addition to their short-term debt ratio.
