Abstract

Under the mobility of the world is witnessing today in various areas, it was an obligation that Algeria should not remain indifferent; but it must move to keep their different economic interests, and evaluate these interests, as well as adjustment to this movement in order to integrate into the world economy, which Algeria tried to achieve by signing several agreements and international cooperation along the lines of the partnership agreement that it signed with the European Union in: 22 April 2002 which entered into effect in first of September of the year 2005, the question now is whether this partnership contributed in the increasing of integration into the global economy? What are the challenges due diligence on the Algerian economy under the partnership for achieving this objective? This is what we will try to shed light during this intervention, which we will refer to the position of the Algerian economy, as well as the economic relations of the European Algerian before the convening this partnership, and then the contents and the objectives of the partnership and its implications also for the Algerian economy and, finally, an overview of this partnership which will include some suggestions which we believe are necessary for the success of this partnership and achieve the desired objective which is the integration into the world economy.
