Abstract: This research aims to study the relationship between organizational culture and commitment to employees Foundation Sonelgaz of eloued, as the subject of the organizational culture of the important topics that have a significant impact on the process of the organization and achieve their goals, and the fact that organizational culture bearing in essence very elements of organizational values, customs and regulatory laws, the task of these elements in turn, working to strengthen the sense of belonging and loyalty, as well as commitment to the principles of the institution.
