Abstract

The psyche and the skin maintain in many ways privileged links. In weaving these links, early tactile interactions with the maternal character are important. The child acquires the perception of its skin as a surface on the occasion of her body contact experiences with his mother and in the context of a secure attachment relationship with her. By "skin ego" Anzieu means a representation which the child would use, during the early phases of his development, to represent himself as Me, from his experience of the body surface. First, we recall the studies in this area who all agree on the lack of touch and lack of foreign's anxiety in children who present early eczema, which are the cause distorted perception of himself and others. Then, in order to test these hypotheses, we will give an example of a Rorschach protocol integrated system and a grid attachment, collected from a girl in lag phase, suffering from atopic eczema. The objective of this paper is to identify any specific aspects of the quality of self-perception, perception of relationships and attachment in the child's eczema.
