Abstract: sociology of enterprises oriented majority research studies in the field of company to the direction, in which interested about individuals and their behaviors, practices and the mechanism of their acceptance of their plans and policies ,so these studies are distributed between the anthropological approaches, cultural and social psychological, as researches concerned in profoundness of individuals and their compositions, and the mechanisms of their dealings with the organizationally phenomena. this latter are not limited to only formal organization, but extends to the informal organization, which has laws, values and norms, which is represented an important number in the equation of the practices of individuals to those phenomena. In this empirical study, we will try to find an approach between value's system of individuals; that acquire the most of them by their social upbringing. and organizational phenomena informal (the informal communication as a model for them) inside the Algerian enterprise.
