Abstract: This study aims to investigate the effect of some organizational factors on the performance of employees at the national enterprise of geophysics -Hassi Messaoud- by identifying the reality of these factors and the performance and the relationship between them; in order to improve the level of employees’ performance. A questionnaire was distributed on a sample of 114 employees. Spss was used to calculate the correlation between the variables. The results show that employees’ performance was average, and it faces different problems. This is due to the fact that thethe organizational factors in the company does not help the employees to improve their performance.
